It was in 2009, on a trip to South Africa when I got the photography bug.... I started taking pictures of everything and anything, the wildlife, the beautiful sunsets, the townships. Since then I have been learning more and more about photography, both the shot set-up and the post editing.

Living in Edinburgh I have plenty of hills and coastlines, villages and harbours to focus my lens on, along with a busy city that hosts many street and art festivals throughout the year.

I have started to alter the usual view of commonly photographed scenes and adding some drama in the post processing. My recent work ‘A Coastal View’ is a journey along the Firth of Forth discovering the natural and man-made structures along the coast.

I hope you enjoy my photographs and follow me through the changing styles and techniques in my journey.
