A Frosty Coastal Morning: Aberlady Bay in Monochrome

A very frosty morning, but it was dry, and the forecast said it was likely to stay dry for the next few hours, so a quick drive out east and a stop off at the Aberlady Bay Local Nature Reserve for an explore.

I’m amazed that this is my first time walking along the coastal route from Aberlady, and what a lovely, tranquil place the nature reserve is.

A glorious stretch of beach then revealed itself, with meandering waterways threading toward the sea. This made for nice compositions for some black and white photos.
